We only accept refund requests, if you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.
1. Contact our customer service via mail(firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number, name(s) of item(s) you want to return and the return reason.
2. For orders from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan address, merchandise must be arrived at our office within 10 days of delivery to you.
3. For International Orders, merchandise must be arrived at our office within 20 days of delivery to you.
4. Any merchandise with an adjusted price (except VIP discount) may not be returned.
5. All items must be in its original condition, all tags must be attached on all exchange items, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed.
6. Please note that return shipping fee is borne by the customer wishing to return the merchandise
7. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we received the returns.
